What is E-Signature?
An electronic signature is a personally encrypted digital data used to sign electronically generated documents, ensuring that the electronically sent document belongs to the sender at the time it is sent and cannot be subsequently rejected.
According to Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signature, an e-signature is electronic data that is attached to another electronic data or is an encrypted connection with electronic data and is used for authentication purposes.
It is an electronic application that is used only by the signatory, produced by a secure electronic signature creation tool, provides the identity and confirmation of the signatory based on a qualified electronic encryption certificate, and allows the detection of any changes to be made on it.
How to Get E-Signature?
E-Signature procurement is carried out by institutions licensed as Electronic Certificate Service Providers by the ICTA.

> ID Card or Driver’s License (T.R. Identity Number must be written)
> E-Tuğra Qualified Electronic Certificate Application Form and User Commitment Letter

> Identity Card or Driver’s License (T.R. Identity No. written)
> E-Tuğra Qualified Electronic Certificate Application Form and Letter of Undertaking for each user
> Signature Circular (Signature Declaration if it is a sole proprietorship)
> Activity Certificate (Only valid for Sole Proprietorships and must have been obtained within the last 6 months)
> Authorization Certificate (If not individually authorized or not included in the Signature Circular)
