Our main goal is to work only with elite and exclusive clients.
In all of its business processes and the subscription-based and online sales services it offers, Artnova Creative acts and expects its customers to act in accordance with Art. 18/II of the Turkish Commercial Code, which states that “Every merchant must act as a prudent businessman in all activities of his trade”. It acts by adopting the definition as a principle and expects its customers to act as well.
In this context, Artnova Creative believes that the free and open exchange of ideas and products is a fundamental principle of commerce and development, and has created this document to prevent sales that are incompatible with its mission to make commerce better for everyone.
For the purposes of compliance with applicable legislation, any digital marketing activity and operation of the products listed below through Artnova Creative or by working with Artnova Creative and using the services we provide is not permitted.
