Protection of Personal Data
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, as the Data Controller, depending on the business purposes, by using, recording, storing, storing, updating, transferring and/or classifying them within the framework described below.
In this context, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations regulated by our Company to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access and to ensure its preservation.
The target audience of this text is all real persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, except for our Company employees or employee candidates who have applied for a job with our Company.
The personal data processed in the capacity of data controller include, but are not limited to, the following;
Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, signature, physical location/security video recording, call center/service quality voice recording, bank account number, cookie records.
Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data
To be able to offer the products and services of the COMPANY to you, to fulfill our obligations to you, to organize records and documents, to comply with the information retention, reporting, information, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legal legislation,

To comply with the information retention, reporting and disclosure obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services,
In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of the COMPANY; managing the financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (demand, proposal, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, legal operations carried out by the COMPANY
To examine, evaluate and respond to requests from official authorities or you, for the purposes of Law No. 6698

Your Personal Data Collected; Limited to the Realization of the Aforementioned Purposes;

Persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations and other legislation,
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,
Real or legal persons, program partner institutions and organizations, institutions and organizations that we cooperate with, from which we receive services in product / service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising and realization of the above-mentioned purposes, institutions that we have contracted to send the messages we send to our customers, cargo companies that deliver the orders placed from our online store to you, in accordance with Law No. 6698

Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data, our stores, our website and mobile application, our call centers, our social media accounts, such as verbal, written or electronic media or other channels that will be established / may be established in the future;
It is collected by the COMPANY for the above-mentioned purposes within the framework of the legal legislation and within the framework of the legal legislation and for the execution of the contract, it is clearly stipulated in the law, your personal data has been made public by you, it is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of the right to be granted to you; It is collected limited to the existence of legal reasons that it is mandatory for the COMPANY to fulfill its legitimate interests and legal obligations in a way that does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the COMPANY by the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
No fee will be charged for up to ten pages in the response.
A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages.
If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our COMPANY will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In this context, personal data owners;
Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
You may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, you can submit your request in Turkish and in writing or by using the registered e-mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system.
The COMPANY reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
